Federal Circuit Affirms Patent Litigation Win for Firm Client PlayerLync LLC

We are pleased to announce that today the Federal Circuit affirmed the district court judgment we obtained for client PlayerLync LLC dismissing plaintiff's patent infringement claims under 35 U.S.C 101.  The Federal Circuit's Rule 36 affirmance is available here:  Multimedia Plus Inc. v.
