The Firm does not collect any personally identifiable information when you visit our website, such as your name, contact information, and employer.  If you provide information to us by email or otherwise, we may use it to respond to any requests or inquiries you may have; to provide you with legal advice and services (if you are or become a client of the Firm); to contact you about legal or law firm developments that may be of interest to you (unless you tell us not to); to enter into or carry out contracts of various kinds; to carry out, monitor, and analyze our business or website operations; and to comply with any applicable laws.  We will not share your information outside of the Firm without your permission, unless you consent to share it with third parties working on our behalf to serve you, or we are required to share it to provide you with a service that you requested or to comply with any applicable laws or court orders.  Sometimes, your consent may be implied through your conduct with us.
