We're looking for a litigation attorney with 6–10 years of IP litigation experience who is ready to work at the highest level and own their work from day one. We are ideally looking for someone located in the San Francisco Bay Area, but we will consider strong candidates located elsewhere. The Role
Investigate facts and perform technical analysis of products, patents, or other IP
Research legal authorities
Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions
Manage discovery process including eDiscovery tools
Handle hearings
Support, take, and defend depositions
Develop strategies to win cases
Manage day-to-day tasks on litigation matters
Collaborate with and manage technical and damages experts
Assist in trial preparation and trial proceedings
Requirements
Member of the California bar in good standing
Graduated from an accredited law school
6-10 years of litigation experience
Strong technical aptitude and comfort adopting new technologies, with experience using AI tools
Technical degree or professional experience involving complex technologies is a plus, but not required
Commitment to and passion for litigation and trial practice

The salary range for this position is commensurate with experience.
