Tyz Law Group Retreat Recap - Sonoma 2026

Our team gathered for a three-day annual retreat at MacArthur Place to reset, refresh, and deepen our connections as a firm. Set in the heart of Sonoma, the retreat balanced reflection, practical skill-building, and forward-looking strategy.

We spent meaningful time with Anna Scott of Wisdom Guide, who led sessions on grounding, communication, and presence—helping the team reconnect with core values and each other (with a lighter moment discovering our spirit animals along the way).

The retreat also focused squarely on the future of legal practice. Irene Liu of the Atticus Project led an engaging, practical session on AI adoption for lawyers, exploring how thoughtful implementation can enhance—not replace—great legal work.

The result: a recharged team, clearer alignment, and renewed momentum heading into the year ahead.
